Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by external factors such as weather, holidays, or customs delays.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method you select, as well as the destination and the total weight of your order. You will be provided with the exact shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase.

    • Free Shipping:
      We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. for purchases over $50.

    • International Shipping Fees:
      For international orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Import duties, taxes, and other fees may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of order confirmation. This processing time may be longer during peak seasons (such as holidays) or promotional periods.

4. Shipping Restrictions

    • Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
      We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address when placing your order.

    • International Shipping:
      We ship to many international destinations; however, some countries may have restrictions on certain products. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you before processing your order.

    • Shipping Delays:
      Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing, shipping carrier delays, or extreme weather conditions. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties.


5. Shipping Insurance

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, we understand that unexpected issues may arise during transit. We recommend purchasing Shipping Insurance at checkout for added protection, especially for valuable or high-ticket items. Shipping Insurance will cover the cost of lost or damaged goods in transit.

If you opt for Shipping Insurance, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if your order is lost or damaged during shipping.


6. Order Cancellations and Changes

Once an order has been submitted and payment has been processed, it enters our fulfillment system. While we make every effort to accommodate changes or cancellations, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made once the order has been processed.

7. Shipping Issues and Missing Packages

    • Incorrect Address:
      Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. If the address is incorrect, we may not be able to redirect your package once it has been shipped. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for any delays, returns, or lost packages.

    • Lost or Stolen Packages:
      If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we advise you to contact the shipping carrier directly. If you purchased Shipping Insurance, we will help you file a claim for lost or damaged packages. ShoesVIP.click is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.


8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

    • Customs Fees:
      For international orders, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees based on the destination country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.

    • Customs Declaration:
      We are required by law to declare the full value of the contents in each international shipment. We will not mark international orders as “gifts” to avoid customs duties or taxes.
