2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, follow these simple steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to info@shoesvip.click within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not send items back without receiving an RMA number.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Include the RMA number on the package.
Send to the Address: Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
